1) To comply with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 and to develop and implement policies against sexual harassment of women in the campus/ workplace.
2) To create and maintain a proactive work environment that promotes awareness and strategies on prevention of sexual harassment in the campus/ workplace.
3) To create and maintain a positive and favorable work environment that promotes appropriate and effective redressal mechanism on sexual harassment in the campus/ workplace
4) To orient students and employees of the institution about the functioning of the Internal Complaint Committee.
